With a medium cleaning level at moderate hardness and viscosity, AEROSIL® 200 Pharma is a high-purity amorphous anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide for use in pharmaceutical products. This ingredient is a free-flow and anti-caking agent that improves powder properties. It has no influence on taste.

Procedure for Enhanced Whitening Toothpaste
- Weigh ingredients in advance.
- Mix Phase 1 ingredients.
- Phase 2 – slowly add cellulose gum to sorbitol.
- Combine Phase 1 and Phase 2 with high shear mixing at 1700 rpm for 30 minutes.
- Add Phase 3 ingredients to combined Phase 1 and Phase 2. Mix under vacuum for 20 minutes.
- Stop mixer. Add Phase 4 ingredients and mix under vacuum at half speed for 10 minutes.
