PROCEDURE:
- In a suitable vessel fitted with a propeller mixer add water and begin mixing.
- Then sprinkle phase B into phase A and mix until fully hydrated.
- Add phase C to phase AB.
- In a side vessel, premix Phase D to wet out the effect pigment.
- Slowly add Phase D to Phase ABC, and mix until uniform.
- Drop the batch.
