​Procedure:

1. Add Phase A together and heat batch to 75–80°C, while mixing well.

2. At 75-80°C, slowly add Silica to batch and mix well until fully dissolved.  Homogenize batch.

3. Cool batch to 50°C.  Add Phase C ingredients to main batch, mixing well after each addition.

4. Cool batch to 25°C while mixing well.
