Procedure for Sunrise Shimmer Stick

1.In an appropriate vessel, combine all Phase A ingredients.Heat to 85ºC ±5ºC while medium speed mixing until uniform

2.In a separate vessel, prepare Phase B by dispersing powder sunscreen into remaining Phase B ingredients via homogenizer.

3.While maintaining temperature, add Phase B to Phase A while medium speed mixing until uniform

4.While maintaining temperature, add Phase C to Phase AB while medium speed mixing until uniform

5.While maintaining temperature, add Phase D to Phase ABC while medium speed mixing until uniform

6.While maintaining temperature, pour sticks and fill components.
